With all of our corrosion and scale programs we are constantly testing and evaluating to make sure we optimize your well to its fullest potential.

In a field in southern Lipscomb County multiple attempts were made by other companies to attempt to control a major scale problem in the field with no success.  Cross Heat was able to analyze samples and develop a program that has taken a field with a history of pulling wells every 90-120 days and most of the time having to “strip out” pumping units to a 12 month stretch of no well failures.

In another field in Hemphill County our corrosion inhibitors which are specially designed for each well have kept wells pumping without failures for 8 months.

 

In a field in Roberts County we have developed a corrosion program which also has eliminated well failures due to corrosion problems.
